Mental health conditions
Mental health conditions are more common than we think — and they are nothing to be ashamed of. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, seeking support is a courageous and important step toward healing. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Therapy
Each person is unique — and so should be their path to healing. There is no one-size-fits-all approach in therapy. Understanding the differences between therapeutic methods can help you make informed decisions about your care. Here, you'll find an overview of the various approaches I offer — each with its own perspective, tools, and benefits. Exploring them is a step toward discovering what resonates with you most.

Cognitive-Behavioral
Therapy (CBT)
Focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT helps you recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and develop more balanced, constructive responses to life’s challenges.

Encourages you to accept what’s out of your control and commit to actions that align with your values. ACT promotes psychological flexibility and helps you build a more meaningful life.

Rather than the content of your thoughts, MCT explores how you relate to them. It helps reduce worry and rumination by changing the way you respond to difficult thoughts and internal experiences.
